PA 4/1/4/86 - (i) United Nations General Assembly concludes consideration of the question of Namibia and adopts five resolutions on the issue: • Situation in Namibia resulting from the illegal occupation of the territory by South Africa; • Implementation of Security Council resolution 435 (1978); • Programme of work of the United Nations Council for Namibia; • Dissemination of information and mobilization of international public opinion in support of Namibia • United Nations fund for Namibia.
